How to acheive nude lips?

Was wondering how to achieve a nude lip look similar to that when using foundatoin, except i have chapped lips and the foundation just looks rancid after a while, any products that give the same colour but don't dry your lips out?How to acheive nude lips?
I used to do the foundation thing! Haha, small world :D

But anyway, at one stage, I used Benefit Lip Plump to prime my lips and set a base colour, and then I used The Body Shop Cherry Lip Butter for a natural finish, but to be honest it does not last that long.

However, quite recently I bought MAC Lipstick in Myth, and the results were so much better than cheaper brand's attempts! My make-up motto is definately to invest in good quality, because I know how annoying it is to buy a product you thought was a bargain and a miracle worker, and just find out it sucks.

So I would definately recommend MAC lipsticks to anyone looking for any shade, the range is huge! Also, go to your local department store and check out the range yourself, you can suit the shades to your own skin tone/personal preferences. Oh, and don't forget to ask the MAC staff! Always helpful, I must say. Maybe that's just 'cause they want your money.... (:

Hope this helps x :DHow to acheive nude lips?
first, prime your lips with benefits lip plump.:it is a great nude colour which will make your lips look bigger

Wait until it dries (it takes about 30 seconds)Then if you want you can put on a nude colour liner and line your lips: this will make the lipstick stay on longer as it will not move.

Then take a nude colour, i like MAC myth or creme de' nude and apply it on your lips.

And if you want you can add clear or nudy gloss :)

Hope that helped

You can susbstitute some items but i find these work the best :)
umm.. you should consider using lip plumper.. in a light brown .. not quite beige but alm ost beige brown because it'll look different on your lips and have the same effect .. oh yeah the 3d effect lipgloss has a reeally nice beige colour that i used and it had a much better effect than the whole foundation thing... but it you actually want your lips to be the same colour as your skin then why dont you try getting a moisturising concealer..? but make sure you put a bit of vaseline on first ... ooh and also if you get a beige lipstick (a moisturising one) they can be amazing instead of the foundation because it's pretty much the same just minus the chapped, smeary, dead skin effect ;) sorry im going to shut up now=S
Chapped lips 'never' look good with lipstick. I would suggest a tinted lip balm to try and improve the condition of your lips whilst giving a little colour. MAC does a lovely lip conditioner that is highly pigmented. Gloss would work also but make sure its not too sticky or could aggravate your already dry lips.
Use an old brush or a baby brush to slough off the dead, skin on your lips. Then slather it with olive oil, vaseline or jojoba oil. Only use a touch of olive oil and only use it if you have the time to watch it soak into your lips. After that use a nude lipgloss. Voila: moisturized, plumped up,smooth, shiny lips!

Gd luck!
i have the best one for you ... you'll love it
