How to get smooth lips...?

Okay... i use vaseline on the outside of my lips and that makes them smooth if i keep it up.

Also the inside of my lips on the fleshy bit is always rough and got dead skin on it and i dont know what to do as i cant use vaseline on it because its inside so... anyone got any ideas? How to get smooth lips...?
Stop using the Vaseline, anything that contains petroleum jelly will only dry out your lips more in the long run.

You should get a good lip balm. My favourite is Burt's Bees as it smells like minty white chocolate and works well for everyday use.

Another great thing you should try to do every week or so is to exfoliate your lips.

Mix some sugar with some oil and massage it into your lips with a toothbrush. Wash off, then apply some balm and voila! Silky smooth lips :)How to get smooth lips...?
Use bonjela for the inside of your mouth; it gets rid of ulcers and stuff.

Vaseline (or equally any cheaper petroleum jelly) is best thing for lips. Put it on at least once a day - I always put it on before I go to bed and by the morning my lips are smooth and ready for the day! You could also invest in a nice lip balm - maybe from somewhere like Bodyshop - that you could wear through the day and that makes your lips look nice but also makes them smooth as well.
Toothbrush? is she nuts or something? Apply chapstick to your lips to keep them silky. For extra moisture try using Carmex. You can find it at any drugstore. It is a nice and heavy moisturizer that is clear and gives your lips a cool sensation. Do this procedure before bed, after you brush your teeth. It will give your lips time to really soak in the moisture while you sleep. You will wake up with wonderfully smooth lips.
Exfoliate your lips with a cleanser (maybe Apricot Scrub) or just a toothbrush. I recommend you use Burt's Bees lip balm or any medicated lip balm; they're made to last and still keep your lips shiny. :) Aquafina just came out with a sweet lipgloss that does the trick, and I use that one often.
who says you can't use vaseline on the inside. just put it on before you go to bed and when you wake up they will be fine.

um...btw...i wouldn't use your toothbrush, but a wet towel will work fine.
Palmers Cocoa Butter Lip Balm is very good. apply on everyday, every time you feel your lips dry and you will see the difference.
Exfoliate with lip cleanser and apply lip polish afterwards. You get a glossy look. If you do it once in two weeks your lips will look great.
Rub A Toothbrush Along Your Lips, It Exfoliates Them :)

When They Feel Numb It Means You've Done It To Much Or To Hard :)

Hope It Helps
